Billy Walker

| A professional with strong local connections, Billy Walker, the President and Manager of Moore Title Company, is a fourth generation Bandera County resident. He graduated from Bandera Public Schools before attending college and law school. While earning his college degree, he married Ricky Ruth Meador, a Bandera native. They have been happily married for 34 years and have two daughters. Billy is a Licensed Texas Attorney practicing for 28 years and is Board Certified in Farm and Ranch Real Estate Law, Texas Board of Legal Specialization. He is a member of The College of the State Bar of Texas. He has been the Owner and Manager of Moore Title Company for 13 years. Dedicated to community involvement, Billy is the President of the Boys and Girls Club of Bandera County and former President of the Bandera County Chamber of Commerce, of which he is still an active member. He is also a former Director of the Bandera County Convention and Visitors Bureau, the Cowboy Capital Rodeo Association and the Bandera County Junior Livestock Show Association.
Always striving to reach out to the citizens of Bandera County, Billy gives presentations to local community groups on cultivating Bluebirds, attracting Purple Martins and gardening to attract butterflies.
His hobbies include reading, jogging, working on the family ranch, raising flowering perennials and monitoring over five miles of bluebird trails.

Martha Black Pendleton

| Martha joined Moore Title Company most recently in January of 2001. Martha's wealth of experience includes positions as Office Manager of a Law Firm, Loan Warehousing in the Banking Industry and previous employment with Moore Title Company in 1990. Martha held her Real Estate License in Kerr County with Jackson Real Estate. Martha is well respected by her clients and fellow team members and always strives to provide the best possible, fast, accurate and dependable service.
Martha is a member of the Texas Land Title Association. She attends continuing education classes to keep her skills sharp and her clients happy.
Martha has been a long time resident of Bandera and Kerr Counties. She has also lived in England, Spain, France and Mexico. She enjoys art, reading, birdwatching and most importantly, her grandchildren.

Edie Moore

| Edie Moore joined Moore Title Company in August of 2000. Edie began as a legal assistant to Billy Walker and was quickly promoted to Escrow Officer where she performs her duties with a degree of professionalism and enthusiasm that is seldom matched. She brings with her 15 years of supervisory experience in Customer Service, Sales and Marketing from the Medical Insurance Industry. Edie is a valuable member of the Moore Title Team. She strives to give her clients the best possible, fast, accurate and dependable service.
Edie is a member of the Texas Land Title Association. She attended the Texas Land Title School in 2003 and attends continuing education for escrow officers as well as continuing education classes for realtors. Edie has been instrumental in orchestrating local continuing education classes for Bandera County Realtors and other clients.
